1. What we collect

When you contact us through this site we collect your name, phone, optional email, company name, and the message you send. When you use the Easy Chat product we additionally store the messaging accounts you connect (WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger), the conversations those accounts produce, and analytics derived from them.

2. How we use it

To provide the service, respond to your inquiries, improve the product, and (when you opt in) send occasional product updates. We never sell your data.

3. Where it lives

Marketing-site leads: our MySQL DB in Egypt. Product data: same region, with encrypted backups. Third-party processors used: WhatsApp Business API (Meta), Telegram Bot API, Meta Messenger API, DeepSeek (AI), OpenAI Whisper (voice transcription).

4. Your rights

Email privacy@easychatio.com to request export or deletion of your personal data.

5. Cookies

We use a single functional cookie: language preference (lang_pref). No tracking cookies. Analytics via privacy-first Plausible (no cookies).
