Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Easy Chat you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. The service

Easy Chat is a multi-channel customer messaging platform. Availability target: 99.5%/month; full SLA on Enterprise plans.

3. Payment

Subscriptions billed monthly or yearly. All prices exclude VAT. Late payment may result in service suspension.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you send through the service, for complying with WhatsApp/Telegram/Messenger terms, and for obtaining valid opt-in from your contacts where required by law.

5. Prohibited use

No spam, no fraud, no illegal content, no reverse-engineering, no reselling without written agreement.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days notice. Prorated refund on annual plans.

7. Liability

Service provided as-is. Our liability is capped at the last 12 months of fees paid.

8. Governing law

Egyptian law. Disputes resolved in Cairo courts.
